General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTCU)

Article 1: Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the «GTCU») is to define the terms and conditions under which [Bangkok Herping Tour ») makes the Bangkokherping.com website (hereinafter the ’Site«) and/or associated services available to its users (hereinafter the »User«), and the manner in which the User accesses and uses these services.

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete the User's account and to refuse the User access to the Site in the event of failure to comply with the obligations set forth in this article.

Article 6: Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, etc.), including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright and/or trademark law, and are the exclusive property of the Publisher or are used with the authorization of their owners.

The modified version will take effect from the date of its publication. Continued use of the Site after publication of the modifications constitutes acceptance of the new GCU.

These GCU are governed by French law.

Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted :

  • Or consumer mediation (if the User is a consumer and the law requires it).
  • Or to the courts with jurisdiction over the consumer, depending on the applicable law).
